1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Albumi platform ("Service") at albumi.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Albumi is a cloud-based enterprise architecture management platform. It provides application portfolio management, impact analysis, integration cataloging, data lineage tracking, architecture diagramming, and related capabilities.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process it solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload your data.

5. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and billed annually in advance. Current plans and pricing are on our Pricing page. We may modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent

7. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period on request.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify users of material changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
